Mini Lops are the second-smallest Lop breed. Originally developed in Germany from crossing German Big Lops and Chinchillas,
they were called Klein Widder. They made their way to the U.S. in 1972. Soon after, the name was changed to "Mini Lop," and
they are one of the most popular breeds today.
